Title: Philly News (4-16-18) + New Listing (165 W. Front Street Conshohocken, $235,000)
Body:

I hope this email finds you well and getting ready for the Spring that seems to finally be arriving.  It was tough for me to let go of winter - took two extended weekend trips to Colorado in April.  Already thinking about next ski season and debating on which ski pass to buy (Ikon Pass vs. Epic Pass).  Anyone buying either?  BTW, summer is coming....anyone have interest in a share in a house in Avalon this summer?

Unsure if people know what I do workwise....This week as a Realtor I sold three homes valued over $725,000 near Temple University (View Listings:) and I just listed a great starter home for sale in Conshy (165 W. Front Street - $235,000 - open house Sunday 12-2).  if anyone is thinking about or has some friends some friends thinking of investmenting in real estate and are looking for some advice or have any questions, I am never too busy to talk.  Not sure how many of you know but I have put together a portfolio of roughly 40 properties since I became licensed 2005 and I am actively developing/building both new construction and rehabs acting as my own General Contractor (finally became licensed in 2017).  I am happy to share my knowledge.

On the other side, I could actually use your help as I have a client who is looking for a stable commercial property in the $1-3 million range as well as a client who is looking for a short term (6 month) furnished rental in Philly.  All leads would are appreciated.

Three last things:

1)  If anyone uses my phone number at Rite Aid, you will get 20% off any non sale item or dairy product so feel free to use it (215-519-9482).

2)  How about our Villanova Wildcats?  I have become a proud carrying member of Nova Nation since moving to Philadelphia in 2001 (as well as the other Big Five schools).

3) I am so bummed  Saquon Barkley is now with the Giants.    I have really enjoyed his play at Penn State and I would pefer not to root against him in the NFL.  :(

Have a great weekend and Go Sixers!

BTW, anyone heading to New Orleans this weekend or next for Jazzfest?
