Hope everyone has a nice weekend. I was in town for some family events but am still focused on ski season in case anyone has interest in joining me for a trip. Was in Lake Tahoe for a storm recently and I think I am heading to Vermont for a few days of skiing and snowmobiling this week. For next season, I encourage people to check out the new Ikon Pass if you think you will be able to make a few trips.
Work wise, I am looking for someone with bookkeeping experience and in particular, Quickbooks. If you know anyome who has some hours to give, please send them my way. Also looking for a technical person who has experience with Microfot Outlook as I need to resolve a couple of issues.
Realtor wise, I do have one current listing at the Academy House (1420 Locust) and will have a nice starter home in West Conshohocken ($234,900) coming to market in the coming weeks in case anyone has interest. I also have a very interesting off market two bedroom condo on the 1200 block of South Street in Philly with parking that needs about $40,000 worth of updates that is asking around $260,000 if anyone is willing to customize their own place. I also have a vacancy at 46th and Sansom for a three bedroom apartment if you know anyone looking in west Philly.
Not sure if anyone is looking to own their own bar but there are a few locations available on Fairmount Ave. currently in the Art Museum. Email me if you want more information on the locations.
Lastly, in the news has been some recent heart attacks of people in the 40s like Kevin Smith. I encourage everyone above 40 to get a stress test as it could save your life. I did mine and it resulted in a stent otherwise there is a good chance I would already be deceased. Easy to do and well worth your time to ensure you do not die or have to go through a severe trauma. My pulic service announcement of the month. - Mark
