Title: Philly News (1-26-18)
Body:

It has been a long time since I sent out a weekly email and I have failed so far in 2018 until today even though it was a new year’s resolution of mine.  As always, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom if you do not want to receive these updates on the Philly region.

I am not going to get in to details today but life has been busy with real estate (construction/development/investment, management, and a Realtor.  I have now been self-employed for 13 years….

I attended both Eagles playoff games and am debating Minnesota.  If you are going, let me know.  I could use a push.  I have a free place to stay…..but I think the cold weather (high temps of 11) is keeping me away more than the cost of a game ticket at this point.

I hope you find this information useful.  Some of it I have been saving for many moons. - Mark

DID YOU KNOW?

Uber and Lyft pay PHL Airport, which is owned by the city but operates on its own revenue and not city taxpayer dollars, $3.00 per pickup and $2.50 per drop off, according to Uber and Lyft. (That’s slightly higher than the fee for taxis: $1.50 per trip, though taxi drivers also have to pay an annual $25 maintenance fee.)  Source: http://technical.ly/
