Title: Philly News (6-2-16)
Body:

Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend.  I split the weekend in Philly and Avalon.  After a very busy May, it was nice to have some time to relax.  Besides my normal development/investing, I was able to help a client get his triplex sold for a record in Francisville (Art Museum), $730,000.  I am also helping some clients sell some of their properties..... 16th and Fitzwater duplex in Graduate Hospital, a one bedroom condo at 20th and Arch (Logan Square), as well as a single family home at 15th and Federal (Point Breeze).  Not too busy to help you....even if you just want to get some sales data on your own home.

The last couple of weeks I have seen technology at its best - my father had double knee replacement.  In under two weeks, he is already walking with out a cane.  Really has been amazing to see his progress and am excited to watch him enjoy the mobility he will gain after the physical therapy is completed.

If you attended the Italian Market Festival this year, you might have seen them bring back an old tradition that was set aside for 19 years.    Was fun to watch.

Is anyone having any parties on Sunday for the Bike Race?  Always been a very fun day although it seems to be less of a party than it used to be.

Phillies are back under .500.  Still great to see the young players on the field.  We seem to have a future again in Philadelphia.  Maybe they are our best bet to win a championship before 2020?

Only other thing I wanted to mention is my crazy high $75 co-pay for my cardilogist.  Some of you might remember I had a procedure to place a stent in anartery in 2014.  Just crazy to me that I pay $375 for my HMO and another $25 for dental and I still have a $75 co-pay.  I sure hope my costs subsidize at least one other person's healthcare.

Almost forgot, my buddy Dennis is the actual organizer of the Tim McGraw show July 4th in Wildwood.  If anyone is going to buy tickets, let me know so I can make sure you get some kind of a discount on tickets. - Mark
