Had a great four days on the mountain in Colorado (Vail, Breckenridge, A-Basin) last weekend.  Was able to enjoy over two feet of snow over the trip = fun.  You were all invited and I wish some of you came along.

Now let's talk JAZZFEST in New Orleans.  I used to run trips for this weekend and I still have a great ticket connection there.  Tickets at the fairgrounds are $75 at the door and I have them available for $60 - $15 savings per day.  If you have friends heading down for the second weekend (4/28-5/1), please put us in touch with each other.  I certainly would appreciate it.

Otherwise, been very active with work and will have more things to share shortly.  With travel and my projects, I am still working with buyers and sellers as their Realtor.  Always happy to talk about your real estate needs (sell/rent/buy).  Might surprise you how resourceful I can be.  :)  - Mark
