Villanova, wow! Who is joining me for the parade or post parade celebration? I watched some games throughout the season and saw the differences between this team and previous seasons. We seem to have good guard play consistently but having the big man (Ochefu) inside that could use both hands along with a forward who could shoot (Jenkins) with the bench depth equals National Champions. :)

OPPORTUNITY: Medical Marijuana is about to pass in Harrisburg. The laws are being set in terms of growers and dispenseries. Will take some deep pockets to be involved in the business. Too deep for me personally so I am gauging interest in YOU and your FRIENDS/FAMILY who might be wanting to invest/partner in a new business. Lastly, I am pleased to announce that the city approved my project for new construction of three homes at 12th and Fitzwater with parking. Pricing will be in the $800s with a 10 year tax abatement. If you know of anyone who is looking to buy something new in this price range, please let me know. Additionally, I do have a new two bedroom condo I have fully updated at 12th and South Street with parking that will sell in the lower $300s or I could rent for $2300. Anyone have any leads for me? The condo is not on the market just yet. AND I have a 3 bedroom house in Point Breeze that just became vacant in case you know anyone looking ($1650). I have some other real estate news to share but I will wait a couple more weeks to announce.
