I hope everyone had a nice holiday and a good start to 2016. I spent Christmas week in Brazil, New Years week with Phish at MSG in NYC (4 shows), and finally had my fiirst two days on the ski hill (Windham) where the ski season is finally in motion after the crazy warmth. My take away from my days in NYC was the homeless population has soared - or they are now more free to sleep on the streets than they have with recent mayors. For those who think I do not work, one of my accomplishments this week was to finalize a client's purchase of a nice duplex in west philly.
For those that have interest in getting your ski legs going, I am going to try to head back up next week - in case you can work remotely for a day or two - as well as am looking at the forecasts for Utah/Colorado. Not like you have any options in PA right now. For those looking for inspiration, consider this story about Jake Burton (Burton Snowboards).
I used to spend lots of my time at the Irish Pub on 20th, including the Phillies 2008 World Series run. So i thought I would include this article on the IP since I know some of you were there with me.
