So, apparently last month I sent out an OLD email from August.....Oops.....It is posted HERE if anyone wants to read it. Has some wonderful content in there.
Winter is upon us although it is hard to know with the warmer temps hurting the east coast. The western mountains have done better. I have lots of trips planned so if anyone has interest in joining me, there is an open invitation. Will send out some more info down the road.
Saw the Book of Mormon this week. Definitely enjoyable and recommended. Tickets are still available. Only in town until December 27th.
Eagles....wow...Attended every home game this season which has been fun but equally frustrating. Jordan Hicks got hurt and the defense has fallen apart. Demarco Murray does not seem to fit Chip's offense. We could have saved $11 million and invested in two or three other players and kept Foles while still holding on to our 2016 2nd round pick. Need some offensive line help as most people thought before the season and our WRs are showing their lack of explosiveness. And Maxwell can not cover 1:1. Did I forget anything? They do have more wins than the 76ers.
For those with Netflix, some good music documentaries out there on The Eagles, Bob Weir, Jimmy Hendrix, and Keith Richards. Actually saw Don Henley (Academy of Music) and Bob Weir (playing with John Mayer) the past month. Review of the 11/7/15 Dead show in Philly.
Real Estate wise, I made a new purchase last month: a condo at 12th and South. Will need to put a few dollars in to it to make it a performing property for me. If you have interest in real estate investing, purchasing your own fixer upper, or are thinking about selling/buying in Philadephia, I am never too busy to offer my time to help out, even when on a ski chair lift. - Mark
