Thanks to everyone for spreading the word about my extra Jazzfest tickets. As I had hoped/expected, I was able to distribute the remaining tickets I had through the help of many of you. I wish I was heading back down to New Orleans this weekend but one weekend will have to suffice this year. For those that have not been, Jazzfest is a great way to kick off to spend some vacation days - and it is much more than Jazz. You can see the daily line up during the day festival here (use pull down). Add in the night shows, cajun cuisine, Bourbon Street, and night shows....equals lots of fun.
For those wanting to catch the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight (and the KY Derby), check out Ron and Josh's party Saturday afternoon and night. For $30, you get to watch both events with food/drink. Seems like a very fair deal even if you watched only one of the sports events plus it should be good peopel to spend your time with. Seems like a very short walk off of the Market subway line so transportation should be very easy for everyone. One of the guys (Ron) throwing the get together asked me to mention it, so do feel free to show up and bring some friends.
A couple of weeks ago for my birthday (43), I spent some days at Vail and Breckenridge in Colorado. At Vail, I was able to try Snow Biking for the first time. This video is not the best but you can get the idea. If you want to see experienced riders doing it, check out this video. After the day at Vail, I had two more days on the mountain at Breckenridge - one of which included a nice 12" powder day. For those still willing to think SNOW, A-Basin still is mostly open and the weather report is showing a potential storm next week.....Any takers to go with me if it does in fact storm?
Despite my travels, I assure you I am putting in my work hours....so if you have any real estate questions about home values, buying/selling, investment/developmen, landlord/management, or need a contractor, please feel encouraged to reach out to me. - Mark
