Title: Philly News (2-13-15)
Body:

Cold weather the next four days.  So cold that despite some good potential snowfall in NY and VT, I might choose to skip the storm.  Is it still fun to play in a 8-12" of new snow at zero degrees and 20-40 mph wind gusts?   That is the decision I will be making this weekend.   I have been fortunate to be able to catch the last two Monday storms in NY which dropped about a foot of snow each storm.  The mountains in the east are skiing as well as they possibly could at this point.   For those thinking about a couple of ski days in the Poconos, here is a very interesting offer you might want to consider.

In concert news, Ricky Martin announced a new tour.  No big deal....but look at his schedule and you noticed we get skipped....problem with living in Philadelphia as no one skips NYC but they do skip us - this time by playing AC and counting it as the Philly market. Disappointing that this happens to us so often

I do have a new listing, 1510 W Dauphin, near Temple University.  If anyone is looking for an investment property, please lte me know as i can provide you with details on the house. - Mark
