I know I have been slacking with the newsletter.  July/August has been busy with some travel (Brazil), work (8 August 1st rental turnovers at Temple U), Real Estate clients (Sale at 218 Rock Street), concerts (Billy Joel, Katy Perry, Beck, Phish in NYC (Randalls Island), Phish in Philly (Mann), and Phish in Posrtsmouth, VA).

I wanted to get out the word about a party my beach house is hosting in Avalon tomorrow (Saturday, 8/9 1-7PM).  

2808 Ocean Drive - across from Sunoco and Wawa

20 Kegs (Bud Light - BYOB if you want something different), ice luge, DJ

The party's main event will be puddding wrestling.

Located on the bay - the tide will be rolling in through the afternoon so plan accordingly

I tried to send out invites on Facebook but I can not figure out how to invite all friends at once.

The party itself is being thrown by another house on the island - my house at 2808 is simply allowing our yard to be the venue for their party.

The party is free but there is a donation request as proceeds are going to a cancer patient that can use the assistance.
