Body:

I was doing so well with getting on a regular email schedule again and was going to suggest to people to please add any friends/co-workers/etc...that you think might find the below content interesting- then I jumped a plane to utah for the week and everything came off track.  Of course, the trip was well worth it.  We received two different storms of 12" each which made for a good week at Snowbird and Alta.  And of course the day I leave, they receive 18" of new snow.    Unlike most people that go on vacation and actually leave work behind, I work a bit each night  on the 3-10 things that I need to keep moving forward and put everything else on the shelf.  That being said, I was able to get a client (seller) of mine to the settlement table with the help of my office for a triplex in the Art Museum (2427 Brown at $475,000).

I know it is almost the home opener but I saw today the schedule of events for the game.  You can see the pregame festivities timeline here.  I am actually thinking about heading down this afternoon so if you are also at the stadium, let me know.

Spring is definitely here by the amount of events that are back on the calendar.  Hope April is treating everyone well.  BTW, I think I have one more trip out west to ski in me this spring if anyone has interest.... -Mark
