Tough getting out an update between skiing and work. Besides jumping up to NY for this storm, also caught the last storm back on the 5th in NY, and had a nice trip to Utah. Today is day 14 on the mountain for me this season - and will include fresh tracks in a foot plus of powder. If you see some signifcant snow in the forecast and can get away a few days, Let me know as I am always looking for people to help with the drive. Hunter/Windham is only four hours away. Or if you have a trip booked out west and can open it up to some more people, please think of me as well.
I know I am going to miss many items since I am behind on my social events but this is what I have.
And some real estate articles: A) Home Sales Highest in Five Years B) Regional Home Sales up 14.5% in 2013 C) Last Call for Sub 5% Mortgages
As always, I ask you consider talking with me if you are thinking of buying or selling a home. No way I could ski this much if I was not taking care of my clients, right? :) -
