Happy holidays to everyone. Not many organized events during Christmas week.
Eagles thoughts...Seemed off to me that we could not kick the ball out of the end zone in a dome stadium and that McCoy gets only 8 carries the week after setting an Eagles rushing record and our defense looks like it is going to have some more troubles against some better offenses in the future. I saw this party the Friday night before the Vikings game and wondered if the team would be off on Sunday after partying late night Friday night. Not sure why Eagles management would allow them to do it. Even if the Eagles finish 8-8, it will have been a good year for us - need to keep things in perspective.
For Uber users, the initial article on price gauging during a recent snow storm. And then Uber's CEO response. Just thought it is an interesting case study.
Everytime I head down to the subway in Philly, the first smell going down the steps always stays with me (mentally, hopefully not physically). I wonder if $40 million can change it.
And lastly, some real estate news from Montgomery County. Inventory is about the same but sales and pricing are up.

This party has been a good one for a long time. In case you didn't know, every year we head to Bourbon Blue in Manayunk for The Green Legion and "UN"Official websites' CHRISTMAS PARTY!! It's on Christmas night so it's a CHRISTMAS party!! Now if that is a subject for soreness, stay the hell home anyway! For the fun people especially all of our Jewish friends, those who traveled in from out of town who aren't staying with family, those who have put up with enough of their family's grief all day, those who are half in the bag already and can't find any Fireball, those who want to be on the radio show, or those who are silly enough to just want to hang out with myself, Brendan, Mel, Rob, Tony, or Jenny, well then here's your excuse! The radio show starts live at 7 PM! Technically this party will start at 8 PM but if you want to be live on Air, c'mon in! There will be $3.00 Miller LITE and Miller High Life's all night along with $3.00 Christmas shots and $5.00 Chistmastinis! There will also be egg nog shot specials too!
