More music for me this past week.  Was able to catch part of the Elvis Costello show at the Meriam Theatre - realized I am not a fan of his music at all.  Also saw Phil Lesh (Grateful Dead) and Friends at the Tower two nights - shows were very enjoyable - a mix of Dead songs and classic rock covers - set lists here.  Also wanted to clarify something about the Phish shows I saw in AC and will see in NYC for new years - when Phish does their multishow run at a venue, they do not repeat any of the songs.  So, when i saw 9 sets of music last week (roughly 13 hours of music) there are no repeats.  Find me another band that does that and can sell out four nights at Madison Square Garden.

A quick story from my buddy Kevin who had a friend in town that had their iPhone stolen.  The police were able to arrets the thieves through the FindMyIphone application.  The thives did not turn off the phone and the police made an arrest.....so it can work....

Philly sports thoughts:  It seems to me that Foles under throws his receivers quite often....and the Phillies are trying to get younger by signing 36 year old Byrd (who just had a career best season).  Did you know Brian Dawkins is highlighted in an Eminem song?

Lastly, if you are interested in a real estate market update for your area, click this link.  It is ready to go for the Rittenhouse Square area but you can select your local area in NJ or PA.  As always, I am very happy to provide you any home sales data for you if you are curious about your home's value or prospective purchase. - Mark
