For Philly residents, you have until Oct 7th to appeal your 2014 taxes. The appeal form can be found here. If you are not sure of your 2014 tax amount, you can find your assessed value here. And for those with cars in center city that have parking permits, check out the new rates coming for your parking permit here. Sometimes I wonder why anyone would want to live in Philly....although the city does offer so many good things in the fall like this Sunday with the Midtown Village Fall Festival.
Philly sports thoughts....I went to the opening night of the Flyers who are our only hope for a championship and it looks bleak....just do not think we have enough talent to compete with the top teams - clearly the same issue with the Eagles and Phillies. And the 76ers new marketing campaign tells you were that team is at.
