Title: 21 Items (1-30-13)
Body:

First newsletter of 2013.  Between work and travel, I really have been that busy.  All is well though.

My first ski days of the year were after new years were spent in Colorado with family and then a weekend in Stowe, Vermont. Stowe was my first bus trip in a while.  Definitely a different and fun way to travel.  For anyone looking to ski, I believe I am heading up on Thursday to Blue Mountain in the late afternoon.  Can anyone make it up there for the night? Also, there is a Mt Snow bus trip Feb 22-24 if anyone is interested.

For new years, i spent four nights with Phish at MSG and enjoyed the great play ground (NYC) and then closed the holiday season with a fun Mummers Day.  If you want to see how I was spending my last minutes of 2012 and first of 2013, here is a video.  They went with a golf theme throughout the set.

In closing 2012, someone sent me this article on 10 things to do to become more successful.  Thought I would share.

What did you learn this football season?  I learned about the 1 point safety.

My rental season up at Temple has started.  If you know anyone who might be looking for housing in that area, please pass along my information: http://www.templearearentals.com/.  And here is my one real estate article for you: Home sellers can keep murders, suicides secret

Lastly, anyone heading to the wing bowl Friday?  Was contemplating heading down for the event. - Mark
