Body:

Been a long time since I sent out a newsletter - January 14th to be exact.  I have just been swamped with work.  Working on my own projects, getting my Temple stuff all rented, helping out some of my realtor clients.  Add in ski season and a social life, and I just did not get around to getting this out each week.   For those interested, here is the most recent house I completed in Port Richmond.  BTW, I read this morning that mortgage rates are still historically the lowest they have ever been.

So, I have some old links in here that I thought were still worthy of highlighting.  Otherwise, same as always.

Want to start with this....if you think you have it bad, this is the type of article that should make you thankful.

A few weeks ago, I went to an event at the Mask and Wig.  First time there and a great place.  If anyone is looking for a place to host a smaller wedding, this is definitely a place to consider.  http://www.maskandwig.org/

This article is already a month old but Philly is making national news for our daily killings.

And for those Philly sports fans, this NYC ad is pretty entertaining:  http://www.the700level.com/hockey-philadelphia-flyers/news/Ads-On-New-York-City-Train-Take-Jabs-at-?blockID=679834&feedID=8510

Did you know that most of us Philadelphians subsize PGW for a good portion of our fellow citizens?  It was news to me.

If you have a question what is wrong with city politics, read this article on our new sheriff.

Winter is behind us but I still thought I would share.  Here is a snowmobiler being buried in an avalanche.  This is nothing compared to some others I have seen but worth sharing.

Here is me being a little politcal.  Check out the info on Ben Franklin.  In particular, check his quote in #3.

Hope everyone who is running Broad Street has a good run. - Mark
