I have been busy with both work and play. Had a great ski month in March with trips out to Whistler/Washington (Mt. Baker) and a second trip to Big Sky, Montana. Never seen so much snow in my life in one spot then at Baker. Utah was hit with over 3 feet of new snow this weekend. If you can make an April trip out west, please let me know. And if you are thinking you could do a trip to ski in Chile this summer, email me.
Besides skiing, I was able to make it to all six of the Phillies home games last week. Never heard the national anthem but did not miss a 7th inning stretch either. If you are down at future games, keep me in mind as there is a chance I will be there.....With our pitchers, as long as we take 3 of 5 games each time through the rotation, we will end up in the playoffs. And to complete out some partying thoughts....Preakness is May 21st and selling well. I have not booked my New Orleans Jazzfest trip yet so if you have interest, let me know.
Work wise....I started my first new construction up at Temple U (2008 N 18th), have a full rehab going at 822 N 20th, plus three other rehabs underrway for the city of Philadelphia's ReDevelopment Authority (RDA). The RDA work is under the federal governments Neighborhood Stabalization Program (NSP). Plus still working with a handful of Realtor clients, getting my places up at Temple rented, and evaluating new projects. Of course I am not too busy to help you buy or sell a home....which reminds me I also have a newer listing in South Philly (1510 S Beulah). - Mark
