Title: 18 Items (8-20-10) sponsored by Summertime Lobster Bake
Body:

I jump out of town most summer weekends but i am constantly finding festivals, street fairs, etc...that would fun.  And best part is that many are free to attend.  I was reminded this week about the fun things Philly does have to offer.  Last night at the Art Museum steps, was a free showing of Rocky I, II, and III.  Today, I saw Ray Lamontagne at World Cafe's Free at Noon concert series - next week is The Scissor Sisters.

This week, remember the Philadelphia Weekly free concert in the park BYOB series on Wednesday night.  With good weather, it is a really fun night.

And I added a few more free happy hours below (SoYPD and NAAPP).

Of course, there are plenty of pay as you go events like seeing the Wild Card leading Phillies, which I did on Tuesday night. Or there was the surprisingly crowded Rum on The River event last night.

As always, please let me know if you are thinking of buying or selling a home.... - Mark
