Title: 20 Items (8-13-10) sponsored by American Male Salons

There is a pool party at the Chelsea Sunday that my good friend Jaye is throwing (#2).  And my buddy Gavin is trying something different for Avalon, with a Chicago DJ coming to town for a booze cruise (#1).

If you are around WED night, come to Rittenhouse Square with a blanket, booze, and food.  It is a really fun night of outdoor drinking and the police are practically nonexistent (#16).

For those thinking about refinacing or buying a new home, 30-Year, 15-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgages Drop Again (the fixed-rate mortgages reaching, along with the 5-year adjustable rate, set record lows).

As always, I ask that you talk to me if you are thinking of buying or selling a home... - Mark

We are organizing a 2+ hour pleasure Sunset Cruise through the bay surrounding Avalon.

To make the sunset cruise more enjoyable, we are including a world class DJ spinning the hits on the top floor and a few complementary kegs of cold draft beer,

The Miss Avalon will sail at 6:45PM up to the Avalon Yacht Club, sailing up to Sea Isle City via the Intercoastal Waterway and back down to the 30th Street Bridge in Avalon, perhaps even turning around in the Atlantic. The highlight of the trip will be the 7:40 sun set, watching the sun's colors as it disappear behind the bay. The boat max capacity is 90, so the trip will be an intimate fun trip. You will be back around 9PM, in time to freshen up for your evening activities, may they be at The Princeton, Whitebriar or Jacks.
