Title: 20 Items (8-13-10) sponsored by American Male Salons
Body:

There is a pool party at the Chelsea Sunday that my good friend Jaye is throwing (#2).  And my buddy Gavin is trying something different for Avalon, with a Chicago DJ coming to town for a booze cruise (#1).

If you are around WED night, come to Rittenhouse Square with a blanket, booze, and food.  It is a really fun night of outdoor drinking and the police are practically nonexistent (#16).

For those thinking about refinacing or buying a new home, 30-Year, 15-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgages Drop Again (the fixed-rate mortgages reaching, along with the 5-year adjustable rate, set record lows).

As always, I ask that you talk to me if you are thinking of buying or selling a home... - Mark
