Title: 20 Items (7-30-10) sponsored by The Ultimate Networking Eve
Body:

Hit two Phillies wins this week.  If i sent out my thoughts two weeks ago about the Phils, I would have said that I had lost faith in the team. That Milt or Charlie need to go.  I even stopped planning some nights around the team because the losing was depressing me.  Glad to see a different two weeks and hoping for a fun run through the playoffs.

Was able to also get to a few shows.  Rush was front row dead center and Widespread Panic (at the Tower) was suprisly empty.

Also spent a few Fridays in AC recently.  Last week was the Chelsea which was not that crowded and the Friday before was Sammy Hagar's bar at Bally's.  Sammy's serves beers on the beach during the day.

I found out that wine drinkers can purchase wine at Pinot in Old City on Sundays now.  Limited selection but better than the alternatives.

I have a few female friends looking for a shore house in Avalon.  If you know of any openings, please let me know.

Lastly, my buddy has a great penthouse 2 bedroom condo for sale in the Art Museum if anyone is interested.  Asking on $309,000.  And for those thinking of buying or refinancing, rates are still crazy low: 30-Year, 15-Year Fixed Mortgage Rates at Record Lows - Mark
