Title: 26 Items (5-21-10) sponsored by American Male Salons
Body:

Wanted to get this out before heading in to the weekend – especially since I skipped last week. Been crazy busy with work – 2 rehab projects at the moment, plus my rentals and Realtor clients.

I will be at McFdaddens ballpark tomorrow (SAT) for the Flyers game and I have tickets to Sunday’s game against Boston  if anyone is around. Doesanyone want three tickets to the game for $35 each?.  So far, I am 4-2 with the Phillies this season (3-2 at home).

Was at the Preakness last Saturday.  A nice day for drinking.  The infield has performances from Greengenes, Collective Soul, and O.A.R, along with pro volleyball players and horse shoe tournaments.  And yes there were horseraces too.  Much different than the old days in the infield.

Here is a really cool performance of Lady Gaga by a sixth grader.

Also, did you know we have a legitimate Japansese house in Philly?  All my years in town and I just discovered it.

If anyone is looking for some inspiration, here is a 20 minute video for you: somewhat inspiratonal

And if anyone wants to learn about the MOVE fiasco, here is a good set of videos:

I saw this article about Philly’s 10% property tax increase and thought it was worth including.

Center City Sips is back.

Donovan’s house is for sale. Anyone interested?

And lastly, there is a good service from the city, 311.  I called at 6PM asking about the WED night parking and actually had someone answer.  After 7PM on WED nights in center city, it is free parking. - Mark
