Title: 21 Items (4-26-10) sponsored by Tasting Time at Pinot Wine Boutique
Body:

Missed two Fridays in a row.  I have been swamped lately - just not enough hours in the day.

I was able to make it out of town for a long weekend - sending this out from Utah.  Jumped out for a long weekend of 3 days of skiing.  Closed Alta today (SUN) for the season and will get have one more day left at at Snowbird.  Will try to get out some photos next week as the views here are great.

We have two buses heading to the Preakness this year.  Any interest?

Have been able to get to 3 Phillies games this year.  2-1 so far on the year with my two wins coming on open days.  Good thing we made national news for our vomiting fan.   Did you know there is a 20 second or so delay on the radio broadcast of the game?  Also got to see Body World 2 before it closed down at the Franklin Institute which was pretty cool.

And lastly, I gave up the Droid and went back to a Blackberry.  I just had a hard time with some of its functionality on the business stuff.  Next weekend (5/2) is New Orleans Jazzfest.  Anyone else heading down for the weekend?  - Mark

5) ROOMIE NEEDED (Queen Village)

3rd floor loft space to share with roof deck.  440 per month. cheap. great location [5th and bainbridge streets] roof deck. w/d in unit. read on...

My roommate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of April... So come May/ June I will need someone to share my apartment with.  It is approximately 75' x 14'-6". Quite large, right?! Too much space for just me and my super-friendly cat, Lenny. My place is on the third floor and has its own roof deck with a great view. Besides the deck being wonderful, the rent is as well...875 or 437.50 per person. We pay for gas, electric, and cable/internet, which varies somewhere between 90 and 150 dollars when all split up. There is central air, ceiling fans, and our own washer and dryer (not top quality, but they get the job done). The bedroom that is available is 16' x 14'-6". The one thing to know is that the apartment is set up like a loft and only has walls to enclose the bathroom and laundry area. You have to get creative with defining your space and storage. I have floor to ceiling curtains and large ikea wardrobes that define my bedroom space from the living room. My bedroom is at the front of the apartment leaving about 45 feet of living space between the two bedrooms.

Some info about me... I am a 26 year old female architect. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, being outside, the occasional post work beer, and dvr. I like to occasionally have people over for a game night or to chill on the deck. I am laid back, but responsible and considerate. I keep the shared living space clean and leave the mess in my room. I am looking for a kind and considerate non-smoker who is responsible and pays their bills on time. I would like someone who shares in the communal tasks of cleaning and taking out the trash. I enjoy drama free and personable roommates. It is really nice to share and apartment with a friendly person. I really would like for someone to move in so I don't lose this amazing apartment. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.  marissa.mcmurtrie@gmail.com
