staying in the Center City Philly area for 6-8 weeks this Summer (kind of flexible but thinking July/August) and was wondering if you may have anyone you know who has a place in the safe portions of Center City?  They are willing to pay market rent of course.  They don't need anything too big or nice but want to be in a safe area and have access to the train to get over to South Jersey to see family.  If you know of anyone hitting the shore for the Summer or anyone who has a vacant rental property that may be interested please pass this along.  Their budget is around $2200 for the 8 weeks and I should mention they are hoping to bring their 10 year old yellow lab who is very well trained.   I figure you know more teachers than anyone else I know that hit the shore for the Summer months.

Last night was the 12th Annual Fairmount Bunny Hop.  It is always the TH before Good Friday, so put it on the calendar for 2011.  Monday is the Phillies opener which I am attending.  The folks at Phils Fever have some more Phillies trips coming up (Boston and Chicago I believe).

If anyone wants a few hours of drinks on Thursday, April 15th, just fill out this survey for PhillyTrips.com.
