Title: 29 items (9-4-09) sponsored by AMERICAN MALE SALONS
Body:

Missed last week….just been busy with work.  Besides my realtor business I have my rental properties and projects that are taking up too much of my time.

Going back a few weeks, we went through 35 kegs at the Bobblespalooza party.  More importantly, the day raised over $4,000 for MS.  Drunk people for a good cause.  I think if it was not a hurricane forecasted weekend with wicked humidity, the party would have been a bigger success.  Here are some photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmccoy73/sets/72157622046563093/
The next day is a themed costume bar crawl.  Here are some pics for those interested: http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmccoy73/sets/72157622140156502/

I need some help with some simple websites.  If you have experience building sites and have some extra time on your hand, please let me know.  I can get you a project scope.  Not the highest paying opportunity but there is some pay and adds to your portfolio.

Did you hear Philadelphia county sales tax is going to 8%?  Not to worry though as it is only temporary.  You believe the temporary part, don’t you?

If anyone is looking for an inexpensive condo in the Art Museum (17th and Green) for under $160,000, please let me know ASAP.  It is 600 square feet and has a deck with low condo fees.   Email me for more information. - Mark

Greetings Ravens and Friends!
The Raven Society Book Club is excited to announce its next book for discussion, which will take place on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30pm at Naked Chocolate Café on 18th St. (between Market and Chestnut):
Bel Canto by Ann Patchett
Somewhere in South America, at the home of the country's vice president, a lavish birthday party is being held in honor of the powerful businessman Mr. Hosokawa. Roxanne Coss, opera's most revered soprano, has mesmerized the international guests with her singing. It is a perfect evening -- until a band of gun-wielding terrorists takes the entire party hostage. But what begins as a panicked, life-threatening scenario slowly evolves into something quite different, a moment of great beauty, as terrorists and hostages forge unexpected bonds and people from different continents become compatriots, intimate friends, and lovers.
RSVP to Anne at annesap@gmail.com if you would like to attend!
Thanks, Raven Society Book Club

12) HARRAH'S POOL

The Pool Outside SunDeck @ Harrah's Resort Atlantic City w/ Tom Colontonio, DJ Yan, Jason Evan, and More
Friday 9/4 10:00 PM - Saturday 9/5 4:00 AM
777 Harrah's Blvd.  Atlantic City, NJ

The biggest Friday night weekly in Atlantic City is going to get bigger! Start your Labor Day Weekend off with a bang, as we welcome Tom Colontonio to the Sun Deck at The Pool in Harrah's Casino on Friday September 4. Coming back from a successful tour in Australia and a huge gig at Guvernment in Toronto, we couldn't be even more anxious to welcome Tom back to the city where he's rocked many parties at for years!

Joining Tom will be Philadelphia's own DJ Yan and Jason Evan. Yan was a former resident of Lounge 125 and was responsible for one of the largest weekly events for Philly House Music (Elevate). He has also set the stage for the likes of Boris, Oscar G, and Chris Lake to destroy the dance floors. Yan continues to rock various venues in Philly and has also been performing in Park West and Nocturnal nightclubs in Miami.

Jason Evan has been involved with some of the largest dance music events in Philly and has spun with artists including Tom Colontonio and Activa. He has also had guest mixes featured on various Internet radio stations (Party 107.com, DI.fm) and on Internet shows (Mike Saint-Jules' Universal Soundz, Sean Tyas' Frequency Friday). Jason will be podcasting in the near future and is currently working on productions.

Playing Top 40, Mashup and Hip Hop all night inside will be resident DJ James Strizz with MC Ringo.  Special guests will be DJ Big Ben from Hot 97 New York and Gary Pine, vocalist for Bob Sinclar's chart-topping tunes World Hold On and Love Generation.

Party starts at 10:00 PM and goes on until 4:00 AM. To be able to enjoy this for free, e-mail junior@3rdetm.com or jasonevan@comcast.net to be placed onto the Fuzion Guestlist, and arrive before midnight. Otherwise, after midnight, cover is $10. We urge you to get there a little early, as the line just to get in The Pool gets packed quickly.
