Going back a few weeks, we went through 35 kegs at the Bobblespalooza party. More importantly, the day raised over $4,000 for MS. Drunk people for a good cause. This program is for those who wish to learn about hiking, camping and cooking outdoors without leaving a trace. Agenda: First we’ll have a hamburger and hot dog lunch which we will cook over a campfire we will build. After we’ve set up our campsite we will use mountain man recipes to prepare family-style meals which we will cook on a camping stove and a Dutch oven dessert. After dinner we will go on an evening hike, sit around the fire, make S’mores and hot chocolate. Breakfast is a surprise mountain man delicacy, but for those a little less adventurous, pastries/coffee/ juice/milk will be available.

Let's be honest, when it comes to music, Philly was never known to cut corners. The Philly Live Arts Festival begins this Thursday and will feature 15 artistic and musical performances from local artists as well as artists from New York, Poland, Austria and Australia. The Philly Fringe will be more of an unfiltered version of the Live Arts Festival, as it will feature more than 185 new artists in more than 80 venues. You don't want to miss crowd favorites like Melanie Stewart in her musical theater performance, Kill Me Now.
