Summer is here.  My shore house opens today.  I am planning to head down tomorrow sometime.  If in Avalon, please feel free to swing by for a beer, 2808 Ocean.
My friend Carolyn and friend are looking for a share in Avalon. If your house has any openings, please let me know.
Weather for the weekend looks good for a Memorial Day weekend: http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/tenday/USNJ0020?from=36hr_topnav_business

On Saturday, I participated in City Chase.  Finished 24 our of more than 300 teams.  With a few adjustments next year, I expect to be ableo move up in the standings.  It was a fun day and a unique activity. It is something I would recommend to people for next year.

There is something happening in Northern Liberties that I thought was worth mentioning.  The new development at 2nd and Girard has a great Piazza for entertaining.  Check out all the activities they have planned there for each night of the week.  Definitely a nice addition to center city. http://www.atthepiazza.com

And some people wanted more information on the tax credit.  I found this site to be helpful: http://www.7500taxcredit.net/.

Lastly, Phillies are in first place entering Memorial Day….and how come the NBA does not do the hand shakes at the end of the series like the NHL does?

The event will include the first-ever public screening of footage from a documentary about the history and reality of Camden shot by Camden teenagers. "And now they are ready to show excerpts from a film they'll be editing and submitting to festivals in the summer."

High school students from the Camden Center for Youth Development will talk about shooting Camden Love/Hate and the year of technical training and preparation that preceded it. The event will also feature musical entertainment, a raffle and refreshments. All funds raised at the event will be used for completing the film and continuing the program next year.
The benefit will be held at the Walt Whitman Arts Center, located at 2nd and Cooper streets in Camden. This is directly next to Rutgers Camden, and it’s the first PATCO stop after the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (City Hall, Rutgers Camden.)
