so I will keep it short.
Since the cleaner list went well, I was thinking of asking for your
handyman. Do you have one you could recommend? Both in and out of
Philly would be great information to have.

Did you know that as of July 1, the wage tax which was once 4.96% for
residents and 4.3125% for non residents is now reduced to 3.98% and
3.5392%, respectively.
For those that are in Avalon and are riding bikes at night, for $14, you can
get a light set at Walmart. Better than the $30 ticket.
