For those looking for a one bedroom at the Dorchester with a balcony, there is a place that just hit the market for $330,000.  For those that would prefer a house in the Art Museum, there is a livable fixer upper for $240,000.  And for those thinking of buying in Avalon, my realtor down there just told me of a knock down for $500,000 which is low for Avalon.
